Most clothing wholesalers have a "No Return" or "Restocking Charge" return policy of up to 25% of the order value. 

At our goal is one-hundred percent customer satisfaction. If you are not happy, we are not happy. That’s why we offer a 100% money back guarantee. If you don’t like what we have sent you for ANY reason, simply send it back to us for a full refund of the cost of your items. 

We try and make the process as simple and fast for you as possible. You do not need to contact us to return an item. All we ask is:

  • The goods are unused and undamaged.
  • The goods are returned within 14 days of date they were dispatched to you.
  • You use our online returns system. Simply print off a returns form and send the goods back to us. Please be sure to use our online returns system; we may not be able to accept your return if you do not.

We will refund your payment by the same method you use to pay for your goods. We refund payments back to you as soon as possible. Certain card issuers have been known to take up to 10 working days to show the refund on debit/credit cards. 

When organising a return, we advise you to get proof of postage for low value items or to send via an insured courier. We do not refund postage.
