Textile Vinyl Extra for nylon and tough textiles

Grafiflex extra is a tough thermoweldable computer cut material for application on any type of "tough" textiles. For use on nylons (nylon jackets, K-Way nylon sports wear and bags), umbrellas, leather etc.

Transfer Instructions:

Step.1
Remove the first layer (normally pink)
After cutting in reverse heat apply the material with its own polyester backing at:
Temperature 160 C
Time 2 - 4 seconds
Pressure Minimum practical value
(carry out test first)
Remove polyester backing*

Step 2.
Repeat step 1 again covering the material with silicon paper or teflon for 10 seconds, to enable the final gripping of the vinyl.

Washable at 60 C maximum
Dry cleanable
Colours available.
White-Black-Royal Blue-Navy Blue-Red-Yellow-Green
*These are the manufacturers guidelines but we have found that it is preferable to leave the polyester backing for the whole application.
