Airline Passenger's anti-Bush t-shirt banned

An Australian was banned from two flights unless he removed the
t-shirt he was wearing, which depicted George W Bush as a terrorist.
Sporting a
plain black t-shirt emblazoned with the US president's face and the logo "World's #1 Terrorist", Allen Jasson was told he would not be able to board a flight from London to Melbourne wearing the
tee-shirt.
He was later told he could not board a connecting flight within Australia unless he removed the
tee, reports the Herald Sun.
The two airlines involved - Qantas and Virgin Blue respectively - said the shirt, which was described as a security issue, could have potentially offended the sensibilities of other passengers.
"The woman at the security check-in [at Heathrow] just said to me, 'You are not wearing that'," Mr Jasson told the newspaper.
"I told her I had the right to express my opinion," he added.
"She called other security and other people got involved. Ultimately, they said it was a security issue . . . in light of the present situation."
He removed the
tee-shirt and since his clothes had been checked in, bought another for the flight, changing back upon landing in Australia.
