Newspaper launches t-shirt contest
Thursday 30th of November 2006 12:00:00 PM

The New Standard (TNS) is set to launch a
t-shirt design competition.
An opportunity for readers to "set a trend in fashion", the publication claims the contest offers winners the chance to "show off" their design skills.
And the aim is to produce a
t-shirt that TNS' "news junkies can wear with pride" - the readers will choose the winning
tee-shirt.
Designs must feature the company's logo and web address and will be printed on
plain cotton tees.
T-shirts will be printed in one of
six colours.
TNS is an online publication and works as a non-profit organisation funded by readers.
Other recent
t-shirt competitions have included a contest from Texas Blues Radio, which is inviting its listeners to design its 2007
tees.
Designs will be printed on to
black and white t-shirts and must be original artwork.
