Justin Timberlake organised a fashion show yesterday to promote the t-shirts in his new clothing collection.
Putting on a different kind of performance to his usual music concerts, the singer, along with childhood friend Trace Ayala, introduced the spring collection of their William Rast brand at the Los Angeles fashion week.
The brand, which was launched last year, focuses on simple t-shirts and jeans and saw its first catwalk show at the Social Hollywood last night.
Speaking of his decision to start a clothing label, Timberlake, dressed in a t-shirt from his line, told the Los Angeles Times: "I've been approached so often."
"But I was apprehensive because I didn't feel like I would be able to have full creative control."
Apparently Timberlake takes on the creative role in the partnership, while his friend Ayala is in charge of the business.
