U2 singer and charity fundraiser Bono has launched a new t-shirt to back his campaign against poverty.
Speaking out recently about the humanitarian crisis in Darfur and saying he hopes to improve the quality of life for thousand of African people, the star launched his t-shirt in Los Angeles.
The t-shirt is emblazoned with the 'One' logo of his campaign.
Proceeds from the sale of the t-shirts will be used to raise money for medical care and medication for Aids victims in Africa.
Stars such as Lindsey Lohan, Naomi Watts and Kate Bosworth have been recruited to promote the t-shirts, which were designed by Bono's wife Ali Hewson.
Commenting on the Darfur crisis in Sudan, Bono said the continuing violence is "preposterous" and that governments need to "take up [their] slack" to deal with the situation, reports Christian Today.
