White pants are in for spring and summer, and that’s good news for women. The nice feature of white pants is the fact anything will go with them. You could wear a shirt that’s half polka dots and half stripes and it would still look good with the pants even though your fashion style might come into question.

All kidding aside, white pants are so practical because any color will do. You can wear purple tees or yellow polo shirts and look stylish. But there are some must-have items you need if you want your white pants to look absolutely fashionable. For example, you shouldn’t wear all-white shoes with white pants because it will make you look like you’re ready to go to work at the hospital. Instead, you should wear shoes that have color in them. If you do buy white shoes, make sure they are not all-white. They need colorful trim and maybe a cork bottom.

You can also tone down the white pants with jewelry and colored belts. White sweaters with a colored shirt of any kind looks great with white pants. The type of shirt you will wear with your white pants depends on the material the pants are made out of. Linen or summer wool pants are dressier and need a more elegant shirt and sweater. But if the white pants are jeans or khaki then they will go with sweatshirts of any color or classic shirts and t-shirts.

White pants can be so much fun to wear because you can use your imagination and have some fun since any color or print shirt or sweater and any kind of accessory will look great. The pants are a great addition to your wardrobe any way you look at it!
