The answer is that the USA retailers are still seen as the most likely to carry the right sizes for larger women, but the UK and Australia online fashion sellers are rapidly catching up. It’s an expanding market that has no end in sight.

Plus sized women, just like all women, love their comfortable clothing like tees but a woman doesn’t live by tees alone. American women have even shown they have no problem waiting the extra time it takes to ship from the UK. They can go online and order their sweatshirts or sweaters and then brag about buying their clothing from the UK. American women love to be able to say their outfit, admired by friends and family, came from England.

The USA plus size retailers have gotten somewhat comfortable as market leaders, but the competition is heating up quickly.
