Plain t-shirts are being turned into high fashion by even people on a budget. In these difficult economic times when there's not much extra money to spend on clothes, you can still wear the most fashionable styles when you use your imagination. How do you manage that? Fashion experts say the key to using sequins is to keep the colors subdued. If you buy a bright yellow t-shirt and then add blue sequins or sparkle, chances are the color combination just won't work. Instead you want to buy darker colored t-shirts and use the sparkles sparingly. But the end result can be a shimmery splash of light catching sequins and sparkles that is sophisticated and fun.
