Nirvana Black T-Shirts Still Rule for Some

Wednesday 21st of October 2009 01:59:38 AM

Nirvana Black T-Shirts Still Rule for SomeNirvana’s heavy metal music was seen as a lifesaver among those music lovers that felt disco and uninspired rock music had hidden the talents of punk rock bands. Nirvana had its own image and proved that black t-shirts can become signature clothing. The Nirvana t-shirts have what became the band’s unique and recognizable logo. It’s a rough drawing of a smiling face with Xs for eyes and a lolling tongue. The first Nirvana album was called ‘Bleach’ and many still consider it their best music partly because it was so novel.

Twenty years after the release of the first album there is a new set of Nirvana’s music being released. Called ‘Nirvana Live at Reading’, the CD collection is a great collection of Nirvana songs and is sure to be a favorite with fans.

It’s amazing how music and logos can endure. Who would have thought a school kid’s drawing of a yellow face could become so popular and so recognizable? And who would have ever thought the childish logo could represent a hard core band like Nirvana? Anyone familiar with rock music instantly recognizes this particular logo on tees.

Nirvana inspires reactions according to fans. Many of those fans remember the first time they heard the band’s music. Sometimes music just seems to come together and creates a new and unforgettable sound. Some current musicians credit Nirvana with inspiring them in today’s modern music market. For most fans it’s hard to believe that it’s actually been 20 years since Nirvana’s debut album. The age of the music hasn’t stopped it from maintaining its popularity among hard core rock fans either. The band’s music is some of the most consistently downloaded on the internet.
