Fashion advice can be very valuable when you have particular physical issues you want to downplay. Take for example the 55 year old woman name Hazel H. who has 2 children and recently chose to take a summer holiday in Greece. The idea of cruising around the beautiful Greek islands of Cephalonia and Lefkas on a charted boat is one that brings smiles. But such a holiday can cause pressing concerns about what to wear. Hazel is the first to tell you she carries too much weight in her legs and so has no interest in wearing revealing clothes.Hazel is like most successful women who love being mums, but don't want to look too "mumsy". In other words, she doesn't want to look old-fashioned and out of touch with current styles just because she is over fifty years old. Hazel enjoys wearing loose fitting sweats and jeans because they fit comfortably on her size 18 figure.
Hazel has a summer place in Devon where she normally spends her vacation. Devon has a limited selection of clothes for the "over fifities" so she buys a lot of her clothes online. Yet she really wants to find some clothes for her Greek cruising holiday and her summer stays in Devon that reflect her desire to wear pretty clothes that are fashionable. The clothes should be flattering and not look like they were simply designed to cover up figure problems.
Part of the answer to Hazel's fashion needs lies in wearing essential clothes that have been designed with style. For example, kaftans can be worn over swimsuits and cropped trousers are great for sightseeing. Colourful tees and polo shirts make great tops to wear with skirts and trousers. Wearing clothes with lots of colour and in various prints adds to the fashion flair. Tribal prints are very summery looking while also good at making the figure appear to be trimmer.
Women with fuller figures don't have to settle for wearing unappealing and uncomfortable clothes. Some colour and coordinated clothing can add flair to any wardrobe.
