It's that time of year when people find out how well stores have done over the past year. Some have done well and will plan to expand while others have not done as well and may decide to downgrade. One of the stores that has done well is making plans to increase their sales for this year by opening more shops worldwide.Bloomberg.com reports that the second largest clothing retailer in Europe has increased sales by 17 percent. Hennes & Mauritz, better known as H&M has increased its available stores and outlets across the world, which has helped with the increase in sales during the past year.
This worldwide clothing retailer first opened in 1947 in a small town of Vaesteraas in Sweden. From there they opened 3,691 stores around the globe. People worldwide will see more of these stores opening around them. The store is still expanding into other countries as well. They plan to expand their clothing into the countries of Ukraine, South Korea, Egypt, and Montenegro. H&M also plans to specifically open more stores in the UK and Germany.
People love H&M mainly because of their inexpensive but stylish clothing lines. You will find many different pieces of clothing that are similar to the styles of what is found on the popular runways of Europe. The store sells everything from undergarments to parkas. You can purchase women's clothes as well as children's apparel. Children t-shirts are inexpensive which brings many mothers in to shop for their children and then for themselves.
