Today's Golfer reports that Glenmuir, the preferred golf wear supplier for the Ryder Cup Team has launched a new collection, Flagship Men's 1891 Collection Spring/Summer 2008. The clothing is designed for style as well as comfort while on the links. You will find that the shirts are made with the softest material to help you have an enjoyable day of playing golf. The collections include luxury-mercerized polo shirts , Lamora and Scottish Cashmere knitwear and Pima and Supima cotton knitwear. These shirts come in a wide range of colours but the newest palettes include a Sunset Beach, which consists of deeper blues, white and light yellow. The Tropical palette has vibrant greens, black, and fuchsia. The third new palette to be included in Glenmuir's line is Freshwater, which include light blues, whites and khaki.
In the collection, six new polo shirts were introduced made of fine cotton yarns. These polo shirts are called, Prestwick, Turnberry, Carnoustie and Troon. They feature an anti-curl collar and will have a 1891 label on the right sleeve. Other clothing consists of knitwear sweaters, tops and Jubilee slipovers.
