Corel Software Used to Create T-shirt Art

For years, the Coral Corporation has enabled at-home users to create artwork and graphic designs by providing sophisticated software with tutorials that show how to use tools provided. Now the company is planning to team up with Zazzle Fine Art Printing to create a new software program, Corel Painter Essentials 4, that allows people to create unique designs for T-Shirts, mugs, hats, or prints that they can upload to display or sell in the Zazzle online marketplace using their printing services.

"We are always looking for new and different ways for customers to express themselves creatively - be they first-time artists or seasoned professionals. We’re pleased to be able to extend our services to Corel Painter Essentials 4 users, providing them with the perfect way to create wonderful artwork, from concept to finished product," said Robert Beaver, CEO and co-founder of Zazzle.com, Inc.

Corel has created many software programs geared toward novice and experienced artists, but the ability to create designs for T-Shirts and other items will hopefully attract even more consumers. The popularity of online t-shirt sites has created a need for software that people can use easily when they want to sell their own designs or have them printed for personal use.

"With Corel Painter Essentials 4, we wanted to create the easiest possible experience for our customers, many of whom are first-time artists. Adding Zazzle’s services to our program makes it easy for anyone using Painter Essentials 4 to explore their creativity and create a one-of-a-kind masterpiece that they can enjoy as a custom poster, t-shirt, mug, or other keepsake," said Robert MacDonald, Product Manager for Corel Painter.
