In the past few years, those who participate in sports, exercise, and other physical activities have been more demanding when it comes to clothing that is comfortable, yet stylish. From fitted T-Shirts to comfortable workout pants, clothing for Pilates and yoga is no exception. “You don’t have to be a Pilates or Yoga student, practitioner, or instructor to look and feel good in our clothing. Since Pilates is a series of stretches, T-Shirts and other clothing must be able to move with the person wearing them. By adding a variety of colours to choose from, people can make their workouts more enjoyable. This type of clothing is made mostly from natural fabrics such as cotton and blended materials that include spandex.

Pilates isn’t the only physical activity to receive a clothing makeover, however. Active wear for men, women, and children that reduces sweat build-up is also available. Clothing made from natural fabrics that allow the skin to breathe is also an option. T-Shirts and other clothing that can be worn to and from the gym is another way that active wear have changed over the years.
