Promotional Wear Company The Cotton Group Sold to Kwintet

The Cotton Group, a Belgium promotional clothing company, has been bought by Kwintet, a European corporate clothing company that wants to expand its scope in the European casual clothing market. The Cotton Group, which has over one hundred employees in Europe and Asia, sells its designs under the clothing label B&C. Manufacturing T-Shirts, jackets, Sweatshirts, fleece, and Polo Shirts, The Cotton Group has been very successful in the European market.

“B&C is a well-respected brand in Europe and Kwintet’s acquisition of The Cotton Group will allow us to build on our strong market position in Europe. The Cotton Group is a leading supplier in its sector, and both Kwintet and the management team of the Cotton Group see many opportunities to accelerate the continued growth of both companies," said Anders Groenlund, CEO of Kwintet.
