T-shirts with Happy Messages

Friends Alison Smetana, and Linda Horowitz wanted to give something back to the world that was positive. They decided to create a t-shirt line that had positive statements on them. Since debuting their line of Be.ology T-Shirts, the pair has enjoyed much success and has been able to give back by donating money to various charities.

“The power of thought is so important. Your energy affects people, and if you surround yourself with positive energy, then others, too, will pick up on that. Our mission is to make the world a better place. The shirts help people raise up and be who they are,” said Smetana. The T-Shirts have made such an impact that new shirts are being created all the time to keep up with the demand. “It’s become an international craze. It’s spread that message of love all around the world. Be.ology means the art of being. The art of being you. And I think people are really picking up on that,” said Smetana.

Some of the charities the t-shirt company has been able to help include the Multiple Sclerosis Society, Hurricane Katrina survivors, and YouthAIDS Group. The T-Shirts were also given to those who were nominated for Academy Awards. “We were really honoured by that. It’s nice to know we are making a difference. It’s even nicer to know that anyone can make a difference, and this is a nice way to do that,” said Horowitz.

Those who own Be.ology T-Shirts are happy to show off their mood whenever they can. “It’s really nice, being able to feel how I feel and show it on my shirt and to the world. I never know who I may be able to lift up just with my shirt,” said Horowitz.
