Berol Poor Service and Non Availability of Stock
We apologise to our customers for the non availability of certain Berol products. Berol are a great example of how not to deal with a customer. We have been waiting since January 2006 for deliveries of the fabric pens and fabric markers. We have repeatidly contacted Berol who are part Sanford UK, which in turn is a divison of Newell Rubbermaid to find out when our goods will be delivered. On each ocassion we have been given a specific delivery date which we have passed on to our customers. However the goods have repeatidly failed to arrive. This poor service from Berol whose slogan is “performance to be proud of” is not acceptable We have been unable to find an alternative supplier in the UK. We are now looking at alternative manufacturers in France and Germany.
